A pioneer in his own right, Dr. Raj Saini was the first orthodontist to establish himself in Columbia, Maryland. Since opening his doors in 1970, he has been a devoted member and contributor to local non-profit organizations.

Now, Dr. Raj Saini and Dr. Tarun Saini are a father-and-son team who continue to live and work in Howard County.  They are driven to learn every day, create a happy atmosphere in the office, achieve outstanding results and give back to their great community!  They blend the latest, meaningful technological advancements in the orthodontic specialty with years of personal clinical experience and research to ensure that you receive the most effective care.

As Board Certified Orthodontists, we recognize that each patient has different needs, and we pride ourselves in the courteous, prompt and personal service we deliver to every person who enters our office. Our knowledgeable doctors and staff are committed to helping you, whether you are an adult, adolescent or child. In fact, we have treated patients from 4 years to 92 years of age!
