EARLY TREATMENT

Treatment for common orthodontic problems typically begins around age 9-14, when all of the baby teeth are gone and many of the permanent ones are in place.

TYPES OF BRACES

Braces are orthodontic devices used to adjust teeth and jaws into proper alignment. There are three main types of braces: metal, ceramic, and Invisalign.

INVISALIGN

The Invisalign® system has been proven to be successful in straightening teeth and correcting gentle to moderate orthodontic conditions.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

Our family is thrilled with the beautiful smiles that our children have been given by Saini Orthodontics. Our children’s cases were extremely difficult. In the beginning we knew that their cases were challenging but now their smiles are amazing, life changing. From the Dr’s to the staff everyone is committed and enthusiastic about creating a wonderful smile and providing an excellent experience. The Dr.’s Saini were true CEO’s in managing our children’s cases from talking with other Dr.’s when they needed oral surgery or cosmetic dentistry in the end. If you need an orthodontist for your child, this is the only place to look.

I highly recommend this practice. I needed orthodontia for both dental health and cosmetic reasons. A comprehensive plan was provided up front, all of the treatment thoroughly explained including complete information regarding fees, and all of my questions answered. The results have far exceeded my expectations. I am absolutely thrilled and know I will be reaping the benefits of the treatment for many, many years to come. My sincere thanks to both Dr. Raj Saini and Dr. Ty Saini, and to the entire staff.

I was hesitant about getting braces on my teeth as an adult, although I knew it was needed to fix my crossbite and for healthy teeth in the long run. My dentist referred me to Saini Orthodontist. Overall an exceptional experience. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking orthodontic treatment. Dr. Raj Saini, Dr. Ty Saini, and their staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Ty communicated the treatment plan and expectations at the beginning and provided updates on progress throughout the process. It took a little more than two years to get the best outcome, but in the end, I have a BEAUTIFUL smile, and I am pleased with the outcome!!

Dr. Ty is absolutely fantastic. He made my entire braces experience easy to understand and I’ve had an excellent results. I had very crowded teeth, but he was able to get my teeth looking amazing within a short period of time. Each and every one of office staff is great and lovely to work with and pleasant to see at every visit. Highly, highly recommend!

Dr.Sani and his office staff are professional, patient, and kind. Dr. Sani is honest with my treatment plan, which is probably not what you would get from every Orthodontist. And I very much appreciate his honesty. Ms. Kelly, the treatment coordinator, explains everything very well, making sure I’m clear about the cost and treatment details. They are the best orthodontics office in Columbia. I highly recommend Dr. Sani.
